If you believe a product is defective, please contact our support team at info@benzinooautos.org within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide instructions on returning the product to our facility in China. Additionally, if item is not deliverable due to "no access to location", refund cannot be issued until we receive item back. Please ensure your address is accessible by delivery companies (usps, fedex, ups and local gov postal)
- Return Address: The return address will be provided via email after contacting our support team.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued if the product is deemed defective upon inspection by our team.
- Refund Process: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 DAYS FROM RECEIVING.
